Homemade Healthy Red White and Blue Popsicles are a delicious frozen popsicle treat made with four simple ingredients: fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, yogurt and sugar. A perfect cool down summer treat great at your next summer BBQ and 4th of July cookout.

Why This Recipe Works
- These Healthy Red White and Blue Popsicles are a perfect frozen treat to beat the heat. They are the perfect easy, no bake summer treat.
- Very versatile. Go wild and try any berry combination you like including: blackberries and raspberries.
- Of course, you can grab popsicles in the store but those are loaded with lots of sugar and artificial dyes. These popsicles have no artificial dyes in them, just fresh fruit to make those pretty red and blue colors. Because berries are in season you can catch lots of BOGO sales to save money and calories.
