Chickpea flour Salt Turmeric Water Oil

Step One

Oil a 8 x 8 baking dish, set aside. Then, in a saucepan add water and bring to boil. In large bowl, mix together Chickpea flour, Salt and turmeric powder. Add boiling water and whisk until smooth.

Step Two

Turn heat down to medium low. Add chickpea mix and whisk constantly over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes, the mixture will come together quickly and should be thick and glossy.

Step Three

Pour mixture into a glass bowl, and let it sit for approximately one hour, it will solidify.

Step Four

Once the mixture has set, cut into slices and store in the refrigerator.
