This Kale Banana Green Smoothie is easy to make in the blender from 7 simple ingredients and is packed with vitamins and minerals from it's tasty leafy greens.

Benefits of  Bananas and Kale

Bananas provide a hearty dose of potassium and fiber, plus they’re low sodium. Kale, as a dark, leafy, green, provides excellent amounts of vitamins A, B6, C, K, folate, carotenoids and manganese.

Step 1

Add non-dairy milk, raw kale and banana to the blender, blend for 15 seconds to break them up a little.

Step 2

Add peanut butter, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and hemp seeds. Start blending on low speed and gradually increasing to high for 15-20 seconds until creamy and smooth.

Step 3

Adjust the thickness. For a thinner smoothie add more liquid. for a thicker smoothie, add more kale and peanut butter

Step 4

Pour the smoothie mixture into two cups. You can add ice cubes if you like too. Serve and enjoy!
