Drain Tofu in press or place between two places and place something heavy on top to press for about twenty minutes. Place tofu in bowl and crumb with fork, whish or food processor. Combine other ingredients and mix well.
Prepare Tofu Balls
With a tablespoon scoop out mixture forming approximately 16 tablespoon size meatballs
Bake for 30 minutes, turning carefully after 10 minutes. Bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and set
