Jiffy Vegan Cornbread

A delicious, moist, easy to make Southern classic, one bowl, vegan cornbread recipe, that’s sweet, buttery flavored dairy and egg-free.
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Chickpea Flour (optional) Yellow Corn Meal Sugar Baking Powder Unsweetened Plant Based Milk Canola Oil
Preheat oven to 400° and lightly oil a 8x8 pan.
In a large bowl , combine both of the flours, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder, Gluten Free Flour, Chickpea flour, Yellow Corn Meal, Salt, Baking Powder, Sugar
Stir in Unsweetened Plant Based Milk and Canola oil,
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown (test with a toothpick)
Add a drizzle of agave syrup, vegan honee, maple syrup, brown rice syrup or coconut nectar.
