Delicious Oven Roasted


A delicious side dish recipe that’s easy to make, healthy, full of flavor and takes just 30 minutes to make. A perfect Thanksgiving side dish.


– Sweet Potatoes – Broccoli – Olive Oil – Salt – Pepper

Step One

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step Two

Prepare the broccoli cut into small pieces, place into colander and rinse.

Step Three

Rinse, scrub and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into small bites size pieces

Step Four

Toss the veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step Five

Add to parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer.

Step Six

Roast in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and give a stir to make sure the broccoli and sweet potatoes are cooking evenly.

Step Seven

Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until fork-tender and slightly golden. Serve Warm and Enjoy.
