Vegan Boiled Eggs

For this recipe we purchased Wundereggs. They're delicious and really help making deviled eggs easier.

Step 1

Carefully unpack vegan egg halves from carton and carefully scoop out yolks in small bowl.

Step 2

Using a fork mash up the yolks. Add dijon mustard, vinegar, vegan mayonnaise and sweet relish.

Step 3

Simply spoon or pipe through a piping bag, egg yolk mixture into vegan egg yolk.

Step 4

Sprinkle with paprika and fresh chives. Serve and enjoy!
