4Vegan Gluten-Free Sausage - store bought vegan gluten-free patties like Beyond or Hilary’s. Prepare according to package directions.
1packageTofu- firm or extra firm
½teaspoon Kala Nanak Salt
If making homemade gluten-free vegan biscuits follow our recipe instructions for vegan gluten-free Buttermilk. If using store bought prepare accordingly to package directions.
Making Tofu Egg Patty
Preheat oven to 425 degree
Remove tofu from package, no need to drain
Slice tofu lengthwise. You will have 2 rectangle pieces. Take glass, cookie cut or just free-hand with knife. Cut 2 circle from each pieces of tofu
Brush both slices of tofu with EVOO and salt and pepper to taste. Place on large baking sheet.
Prepare vegan gluten-free sausage according to package instructions
Assemble Breakfast Sandwiches
After all your ingredients are done. Assembly sandwich.
Prepare Sandwiches For Storage
Wrap breakfast sandwiches in parchment paper, seal with tape we use a low stick washi tape, date them and place them in a freezer safe resealable plastic bag. Freeze for up to 1 month.
Reheating Breakfast Sandwiches
To prepare them from the freezer just place in the refrigerator the night before to defrost. In the morning microwave in 30 seconds increment until warm. Enjoy your grab and go breakfast
