Easy To Make Pear Cider
Pear Cider is a warm delicious twist on an old classic. This Cider is a great autumn non-alcoholic drink/ mocktail option. This will be your new go-to beverage recipe for the fall and holidays. Perfect for large gatherings and the holidays.

Ingredients
Garnish
Cinnamon Sticks, Pear and Orange

Apple Juice

Cranberries

Brown Sugar

Allspice

Instructions
Combine pears, sugar, cloves in a large stock pot and cover with apple juice
The juice should be about 2 inches higher than the pears. So that the pears are fully surmerge in liquard.
Bring mixture to a boil
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour uncovered
After 1 hour mash the pears. Add cinnamon sticks and cranberries. Cover the pot and simmer for another hour
Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes
Strain it through a fine mesh sieve ( I did this twice) to remove the solids.
Serve warm with cinnamon sticks
Garnish with cinnamon, pear and orange slices
