Rinse spinach and bell pepper. Chop vegetables and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the black beans until mushy but not smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Form into 6 patties about 1 inch thick and set aside.
Carefully grease the air fryer basket, then add the patties in a single layer, keeping them at least 1 inch apart from each other. You may have to do this in batches.
