Ingredients
1package Tofu- firm
4tablespoons Olive Oil
2tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
1teaspoon Garlic Powder
1teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
Prepare tofu by removing from package. Drain water. Press out excess and place aside.
On medium-high heat. Add oil to a medium-size skillet.
Season tofu. Season with Everything But The Bagel, Mushroom & Company seasoning , Garlic Powder and Onion Salt (Can substitute your favorite seasoning)
Place the tofu in the pan for 5 minutes and leave it.
Flip and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Since the pan is hot we find the second side doesn’t need as much time.⠀⠀⠀
