Deck the halls with this fun and festive Christmas Mojito. A refreshing blend of white rum, tart cranberry juice and fresh mint is perfectly balanced with a splash of simple syrup and sparkling water. This cranberry mojito is holiday magic in a glass.
2ounceswhite rum- we like Bacardi Superior, which is confirm vegan and free from animal based fining agents.
2ouncescranberry juice
1ouncesimple syrup
1lime wedge
5-6fresh mint leaves
Sparkling water- brands like San Pellegrino, Perrier, La Croix or Topo Chico
Instructions
In a highball glass, add the mint leaves and lime wedge. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press them—just enough to release the mint’s oils and lime juice without tearing the leaves.
5-6 fresh mint leaves, 1 lime wedge
Pour in the white rum, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine and dissolve the syrup evenly.
Fill the glass with ice then pour sparkling water over the top until the glass is nearly full. Stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz.

Add a few fresh or sugared cranberries, a sprig of mint, and an optional lime wheel for a festive finish.
