Instructions
Defrost vegan ribs in refrigerator overnight.
In small bowl add mix spices for rub and set aside.
Apply spice rub and marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the spice-coated vegan ribs on the prepared pan, cover the ribs tightly with foil.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread barbecue sauce over ribs.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with favorite sides.
Notes
Reheating/Freezing Instructions: The cooked vegan ribs will keep in a covered container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. To reheat warm in a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until warmed through.
