- Use can beans. The canning process helps to break down some of the carbohydrates that cause the gas in the first place
- Buy a digestive aid like Beano. Beano helps you digest the beans better and causes less gas
- Soak beans and rinse the soaking water to remove some of the carbohydrates that lead to digestive issues
