Ingredients

- Vegan Mayo
- Yellow Mustard - for a tangy kick
- BBQ sauce - a little smokey sweetness
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Paprika - for smokey flavor
- Impossible or Beyond Hamburger Patties

Instructions
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. Set Aside.
Step 2: Cook Impossible/Beyond burgers patties per instructions on packaging.
Step 3: Toast vegan buns
Step 4: Dice onions, chop the lettuce & don't forget your pickle slices.
Step 5: Assemble: Two all-vegan patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a vegan sesame seed bun.

FAQ
The traditional sauce is not; as it contains non-vegan mayonnaise. However; this recipe is, because we've used vegan mayonnaise as a substitute.
The apple slices are the safest bet. The fries, and hash browns are fried with canola oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil and "natural beef flavor". The "natural beef flavor" is a wheat and milk derivative.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
