As always ingredients and manufacturing processes can change without warning. Always make a habit of carefully reading labels every time to ensure you avoid any potential allergens.
Nuts

We love being able to choose from Buc-ee’s large selection of fresh roast and packaged nuts, perfect for quick, nutritious, and protein-packed snacks.
They keep the ingredients list simple. The roasted pecans contain pecans, sugar, spices, natural and artificial flavors. However, there's a sign warning of possible cross-contamination with various allergens, including nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, shellfish, and fish. Avoid if you have a nut allergy.
Dried Fruits & Veggies

Another lifesaver snack we love to grab on the go is dried fruits and veggies. They're nutrient-rich and perfect for staying healthy while traveling. We love Trader Joe’s dried mango and where happy to see Buc-ee’s had there own brand of mangos and dried veggie mix.
Buc-ee’s offers a variety of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. From okra and snap peas, to mangos and apricots.
Protein Bar

Definitely not a large selection of vegan protein bars options but they did carry a few bars like these Mezcla and Clif Energy Bars.
Potato Chips, Popcorn And Dip

Buc-ee’s has a good selection of accidental vegan chips like Lay’s chips and Snack Factory Pretzels. We have a great list of gluten-free and vegan chips brands. And Frito’s brand bean dip, not refrigerated, in the chip aisle.
They also carries their Beaver chips; basically fresh potato chips that are fried in vegetable oil per the package. And Buc-ee’s Beaver nuggets. This crunchy and caramelly snack is vegan. We can see why these are so popular. There taste is rich, buttery with a hint of maple. A lightly crunchy maple waffle cereal flavor that melts a little in your mouth. So good.
Note: Some of the vegan option listed here are ‘accidentally vegan’. Meaning, they are not labeled vegan and may be subject to cross-contamination during processing. However, because they do not contain any animal products we consider them vegan-friendly.
